Justin Gannaway

Justin is a multidisciplinary artist and designer. They use fabric, watercolor, marker, and graphite to tell stories. Their current practice is a meditation on queer defiance through clothing and aesthetics. Justin is inspired by queer counterculture and camp personalities. Drag makeup, body modification, archival fashion, and current runway are all touchstones of Justin’s work. Justin has worked as a Costume Designer, Professor, and stylist. Most recently, Justin accepted a position as Custom Design Specialist in the bridal industry.
